Brooklynを拠点に活動中のチルウェイヴのパイオニア、Small Blackが2010年にリリースし、ジャンルを作り上げたと言っても過言ではないデビューEP『Small Black』が13年の時を経てLP verに進化し、更にRemixやデモなども収録したDeluxe verとして〈100% Electronica / Jagjaguwar〉のダブルネームでリイシューされました！

Small Blackが”チルウェイヴのパイオニア”と呼ばれる起源ともなった作品で大人気曲「Despicable Dogs」を筆頭に、それこそ〈100% Electronica〉の主宰でもあるGeorge Clantonとかもここから影響を受けたんだろうなと感じさせる「Weird Machines」なども収録されている作品。当時はEPとしてリリースされていたのが、アルバム規模の収録時間になったのもファンにとっては嬉しかった。

更に盟友でもあるWashed OutのRemixや昨年アルバムが最高で話題を呼んでいたDJ Sabrina The Teenage DJによるRemix、Vinyl限定でしか聞けないデモ＆ Field Recordingsも収録された超限定の豪華デラックスVERです！
