ロンドンを拠点に活動中のスロウコア・バンド、deathcrashが〈untitled (recs)〉からリリースした最新作『Less』を入荷しました。

前作『Return』で注目を集めた4人組で、今作も冒頭を飾る「Pirouette」という楽曲から7分ある楽曲を披露しており、エモとかにも通じるゆっくりとした静かで哀しげな音像でスタートします。

3曲目に収録されている「Duffy's」とかも徐々に熱を上げていくスロウコアなギターサウンドが感情を掻き立てるし、続く「And Now I Am Lit」とかに関しても本当に音の一つ一つに集中したくなるような繊細で熱いサウンドが鳴り続けている。

冷たさも熱さも持ち合わせたdeathcrashらしいサウンドだし、スロウコアが好きな人はもちろんエモファンとかにもチェックしてほしいバンドですね。
