Netflixのオリジナルシリーズである『Sex Education』のサウンドトラックを手掛けているシカゴのSSW / プロデューサー、Ezra Furmanが昨年リリースした最新作『All Of Us Flames』を入荷しました。

AlvvaysやSt. Vincentといったアーティストとも仕事をしているLAのプロデューサー、John Congletonを迎え制作された本作『All Of Us Flames』は今までEzra Furmanが表現してきたクィアの物語をよりダイレクトに伝えるためのオルタナティブ・ポップ・サウンドが展開されている。

冒頭を飾る「Train Comes Through」から迫力のあるヴォーカルを軸にしたエレクトロ〜オルタナティブを行き来するポップサウンドを披露し、3曲目「Dressed In Black」ではSharon Van Ettenを彷彿させる力強いインディーファンにも届く絶妙なポップスを披露している。

4曲目に収録している「Forever In Sunset」も絶妙に80sっぽさを感じさせるクラシカルなポップスだし、その壮大さが生み出すパワーをアルバム全体からも感じることができますね！
