メルボルンを拠点に活動中の4人組、Quiversがリリースした2枚目のアルバム『Golden Doubt』を入荷しました！

2021年に純粋にジャグリーポップ、ネオアコを鳴らす超絶に最高なバンド、Quiversの2ndアルバムですが冒頭を飾る「Gutters of Love」からマジで泣けてくるほどに最高な楽曲です。PhillyのHurry辺りを彷彿させる優しさに溢れるメロディーとヴォーカル、そしてそれに絡み合う100点のコーラスが本当に素晴らしい。少し北欧っぽさを感じる多幸感に溢れた感じはTeam meとかが好きな人とかにもチェックしてほしいです。特に1分過ぎからの”You threw your phone into the water when she stoppеd answering your calls you. You spend too much time in thе gutters of love”のパートとか本当にシンガロングしたくなるようなキャッチーさを持っているし、大サビにはもう完全に泣きながらブッ飛んでしまいます。泣きながら ”After the serotonin's gone, could you ever fall in love?"と叫びたい！

2曲目「When It Breaks」も2021年とは思えないほどに素晴らしいギターポップで、この曲でもやっぱり女性コーラスが生み出した多幸感が味を出しているし、4曲目「Nostalgia Will Kill You」とか5曲目「Chinese Medicine」ではTeenage Fanclubとかグラスゴーのバンドが好きな人にもぜひ聴いてほしい仕上がりになってますね。

6曲目「You're Not Always On My Mind」はネオアコ＋80sという感じでThe Cureとかからの影響も感じますね。

本当に最高のバンドなので、to'morrow recordsをチェックしてくれているようなインディーファンには絶対に聴いてほしい！
