チェコを拠点に活動中のLenka Zborilovaを中心にしたインディーバンド、Billowが昨年リリースした3rdアルバム『Ⅲ』を入荷しました。

前作『Seascape』も素晴らしい仕上がりで、レーベル〈Z Tapes〉の発信からじわじわと広がっていっている印象があるインディーバンド。

リード曲として公開されていた2曲目「Don't You Think the Trees Get Tired of Standing All the Time」はオルタナティブとドリームがミックスされた宇宙空間を浮かんでいるかのような気分になる楽曲で、Beach HouseやDaughetrといったバンドからHalf Waif辺りを彷彿させる楽曲に仕上がっている。

3曲目「Eighteen」では少し怪しさを醸し出しているプロダクションが素晴らしいし、5曲目「Black Dress」ではベッドルームな打ち込みのリズムと神秘的なLenka Zborilovaのヴォーカルが安らぎを与えてくれますし、ラストのコーラスが重なる部分とか本当に最高ですね。
