USはMinneapolisを拠点に活動中のガレージ・ロック・バンド、Productsのデビュー作『On The Dotted Line』をガレージ系のサウンドが好きならこれからもチェックしておきたい新レーベル〈Heavy Meadow Records〉がリリース。
今作の冒頭を飾る「Nude Review」いきなりこのバンドのカッコよさを物語っている。イントロから絡み合うギターの音や、どこかポストパンク的なメロディーが最高だ。
2曲目の「Everest」や5曲目の「It's Following You 」ではよりガレージパンクに寄った楽曲でファジーなギターがDIYな地下シーンをイメージさせられる。
3曲目の「Drawing of a Gun」はUKやオーストラリアのガレージ系バンドを彷彿させるサウンドで、Sauna YouthからKing Gizzardまで幅広くガレージ系やギターロック系が好きな人にオススメできるバンドだ。
